Product Factory
Product Factory is a design tool where business experts create and manage product definitions. A product definition contains; product settings, lifecycle schema, fields, coverages/benefits, validations, tariff tables, premium calculations, etc. Product and coverage templates can be used to define generic building blocks for quick products launches.

BackOffice
The BackOffice is a web interface for professional users such as underwriters, administrators, customer service staff, brokers, adjusters, etc. In BackOffice, users manage customer, policies and claim processes with user-friendly interfaces.

System Manager
The system administrator administrates users, groups and roles. The user can be connected to one or more groups. The group gives permissions to data, for example, policies, claims and users connected to the same group can view each other’s policies and claims. The user is also connected to one or more roles. The role gives permissions to functionality, for example, read and write, but also to different insurance products and statistical reports.

Brandsite
Brandsite is a framework for fast development of branded web-based interfaces. The Brandsite can be adapted to meet all functional requirements from the potential personas. Brandsite increases the availability and the possibility for profiling using different brands on different sites. The personas using Brandsite solutions are policy holders, representatives, brokers etc.
