Mantacore AB is seeking an insurance-competent Project Manager for the Stockholm office!

Mantacore provides an end-to-end enterprise solution for the Insurance sector and has developed and deployed solutions for the Property & Casualty insurance market since 1993. Today we have offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, London and Birmingham. Our product FlexSure is a modular and flexible web product based on Microsoft latest technology. 

We have an established client base in Scandinavia and a focus on growth and acquiring a leading position in the European market. We are a skilled team in attractive premises in Östermalm/Stockholm.

About the service
As Project Manager you will be involved early in the process of identifying needs and processes of clients for example in the form of feasibility studies, workshops and requirement collections. When the development work starts you will be the one to plan, manage and monitor development and delivery during the project. And also ensure that the delivery corresponds to the specified requirements. It will also be you who makes sure that the project delivers the agreed functionality.

Your profile
To be successful in the role you must have experience in similar positions. You should be a communicative person who is prepared to take on and coach your team members. You should also be of the opinion that no job is either too small or too large.

We want you to....
- have good knowledge of insurance.
- have proven experience of project managment including from development projects.
- have experience in web-related development.
- have the ability to express yourself orally and in writing in English and in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you....
- have good knowledge of development methodologies such as SCRUM, UML etc.
- have awareness and knowledge of the insurance industry and its processes.
- have knowledge of project managment models such as PPS and PROPS.
- have managed projects with 5-10 people.
