Aktia Non-Life Insurance Company Streamlines its Claims processes with new Insurance Platform from Mantacore
Aktia wished to modernize and streamline their claims adjustment processes and at the same time they had high ambitions in terms of developing their internal processes in a way that requires a switch to a modern system with integration abilities with other applications.
"FlexSure meets our needs in all essential parts, it is user-friendly, flexible and easy to integrate with other systems," said Patrik Nordman, Director Claims & Legal Affairs at Aktia.
The solution will support administrators in their processes, increase quality in decisions and remove unnecessary and reduce manual work. Improvements in quality, possibility to adapt after the market and integrate to other systems will lead to Aktia becoming more customer oriented and result in an increased customer satisfaction. Another goal is to adapt premium and terms for the Aktia product lines and offer more cost-effective and market-adapted products.

We expect to deliver compensation decisions more quickly than before and to be able to handle an increasing number of claims with existing head-count, and to improve the service and support to our customers.
