AkademikerFörsäkring boosts its business with new insurance platform from Mantacore

AkademikerFörsäkring expect to cut twenty percent of current operational costs. Mantacore has signed an agreement with AkademikerFörsäkring concerning the licensing and implementation of FlexSure™, an advanced insurance IT-platform.

AkademikerFörsäkring provides personal and property insurance on behalf of seven unions associated with the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations (Saco). For over ten years, AkademikerFörsäkring’s daily insurance administration has been relying on in-house developed systems. Today's insurance market is however undergoing such a rapid pace of change that the existing systems prevented further business development. Following a procurement round where several vendors were invited, AkademikerFörsäkring selected FlexSure as the best solution.

The policyholders will also experience significant improvements thanks to FlexSure´s web portal and its self-service support.
