Aktia Non-Life Insurance Company initially initiated the implementation of FlexSure for claims handling only, but after identifying the true potential of utilizing all FlexSure features, Aktia decided to go for a full blown implementation of the of entire solution suite.
The objectives of the deployment are to streamline the business process relating to the development and delivery of new insurance products. The key areas of focus are to deliver self service capabilities, support new multi-channel distribution strategies and improve the service to customers. With this in mind and given the functionality delivered by FlexSure’s Product Factory, made Aktia´s decision an easy one.
